Frank Boswell, Senior Pastor
Frank Boswell, a gifted leader and teacher, speaks at Sunday Celebration services. He has been at Hunt Valley Church since June, 1992 and provides overall direction and vision-casting as well as staff and leader development. Frank received a bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, as well as a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He was involved in youth ministry in Michigan, Massachusetts and Virginia and pastored a new church in Florida. Before coming to Hunt Valley, he planted the first PCA church in Austin, Texas, where he served for 8 ½ years. Frank and Jeannie are the parents of three grown children. Frank has recently completed a Doctorate of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.

Mike Batley, Executive Director
Mike joined our staff in May 2008. Mike has spent years ministering in para-church organizations and in churches. He has also served as a consultant to non-profits in organizational development. Mike brings his organizational skills, as well as his knowledge in the area of spiritual transformation. He works closely with the ministry teams of the church to assure that they are purposely developed and sustained, and that leaders are equipped, resourced and nurtured to accomplish their purposes. He and his wife, Sarah, and their four boys reside in Towson. Contact Mike
Joe Raab, Director of Creative Arts
Joe joined our staff in August 2008. He brings his passion for music and worship to Hunt Valley. Before coming to Hunt Valley, Joe served for eight years leading worship at another area church. He works closely with musicians and vocalists to develop and grow their musical skills. He oversees technical production of service, including media, sound, recording and lighting. He and his wife, Karen, and their twin boys reside in Towson. Contact Joe
Rudy Tamez Director of Student Ministries
Rudy joined our staff in February 2012. He brings his passion for student leadership and discipleship to Hunt Valley. Before coming to Hunt Valley, Rudy served for eight years leading middle school ministry at a church in Florida. He works closely with students and families to build up students to be life long disciples of Jesus. He and his wife, Janelle, and their three children, Samantha, Esperanza, and Rudy reside in Cockeysville. Contact Rudy.
Chris Dolon
Chris assists Eric in the Student Ministry. Chris is currently a Senior at Messiah College and plans on finishing his major in Youth and Student Ministry and going into full-time vocational ministry. Contact Chris.
Liz Yates, Director of Children’s Ministries
Liz joined the Hunt Valley Church as Director of Children’s Ministries in March, 2006. She has been working in Children’s Ministries for the past 25 year on a volunteer basis. Liz’s educational background includes a Bachelors Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Social and Behavioral Sciences and a Masters Degree in Religious Education from St. Mary’s Seminary. Liz and her husband UA live on a farm in northern Baltimore County with their three children – Brittany, Adam, and Molly. Contact Liz
Dwayne Fletcher, Shepherding Pastor
Dwayne, who has served as a Ruling Elder at HVC for a number of years, joined our staff as a part-time Shepherding Pastor in 2006. He has been a tremendous asset in meeting the various needs within our congregation. Dwayne makes hospital visits and phone calls to members who are ill or home-bound. He and his wife , Joyce, have been members since 1999.
