In today’s world, women are over-committed, overwhelmed, and overwrought. Careers, hobbies, volunteering, education, children, parents, and friends all clamor for our time and our attention. We are left feeling inadequate, insignificant, guilty, and exhausted. Mere survival characterizes our lives; passion and meaning elude us.
HVC Women’s ministries encourage women to decelerate and to take time for God. We discover significance, meaning, and worth by understanding our value and individuality in Christ. Through journeying together and growing in our faith, we learn to love God more and in turn, extend this love to others. Authentic relationships are developed where women can enjoy being themselves, support one another in good times and bad, encourage one another to love as Jesus loved, and be inspired to grow spiritually.
We invite all women in all stages and walks of life to join us for all of our ministry events. Our earnest desire is that every woman will feel welcome and valued and experience the deep and amazing love of Christ which changes lives.
